My mom has been making this for years and it’s always been a hit.

It’s easy to prepare (one pan – no mess!) and it tastes great.  You can play with the ingredients to make it sweeter or tarter (more mustard) depending upon preferences.



  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup organic butter, melted
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • a couple of cloves of fresh garlic, minced


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place bottom of broiling pan into oven with butter on it, to melt while the oven is heating up.  Once butter is melted add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.  Toss chicken and make sure pieces are fully covered by the sauce.  Bake for 20-35 minutes or until chicken is done.  Turn chicken pieces halfway through cooking to coat with more sauce.

Serve with rice and use extra sauce as topping for rice.
